Memories of Hiroshima : Miyajima & Peace Park Tour with some secret photo spots
“Fabulous Guide”
It was such a pleasure to be able to tour with Rika. From the moment we contacted her, and throughout the whole process, she maintained excellent communication. She arrived at our hotel very warm and welcoming. We didn’t have the best weather day initially so she changed plans to start inside and get local by making one of their famous okonomimura pancakes (a famous Hiroshima dish). We toured the Hiroshima memorial museum. During the tour she told us many stories of what happened to the people and also of survivors. She made you really feel close to what happened. After that we went to the peace park and honored the victims and also their families. It was beautiful and at that time the weather cleared. We also went to the atomic Dome. She also threw in some extra local little surprises that made the whole day very special. I would highly recommend her because you could tell she loved what she was doing, and wanted to share the stories in history of Hiroshima.

(6 reviews)I’m truly grateful for your wonderful review, and I’m incredibly happy to hear your thoughts. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, I’m glad we could enjoy making okonomiyaki, one of Hiroshima’s most iconic dishes, together. Walking through the local shopping arcade and experiencing Hiroshima’s history at Peace Park were meaningful moments, and I’m thrilled that you could share them with me. I hope you enjoy the rest of your time in this beautiful country, and I look forward to the chance of meeting you again someday. Rika

“Thank you Mayumi”
We really enjoyed meeting Mayumi - she took us on a 2 hour tour of the Peace Museum, taught our kids how to make origami cranes and showed us around the grounds. She was very informative and friendly. We'd recommend her!

(141 reviews)Dear Qiujing, I highly appreciate your nice review. It's my pleasure sharing the time with wonderful families and children. The Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations recently received the Nobel Peace Prize. Times are tough, really tough. But let us pray that peace will come to the world as soon as possible. Best Mayumi

“A knowledgable and quietly passionate gentlemen”
Hirshima is a difficult place to visit, to grasp the magnitude of the suffering. Hideo helped us with his gentle, quiet but also passionate guidance.

(171 reviews)Thank you for joining my Hiroshima tour. I could explain the difference about the bomb and the number of the dead people between Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I could show you why the bomb was dropped in Hiroshima. I'm sure you enjoy Japan trip.
