Shukkeien garden
Traditional Japanese stroll garden made approximately 400 years ago by the lord of Hiroshima Castle. Despite being located in the city, it offers a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy the beauty of nature through all four seasons.
Peace Park & A-bomb dome, Ground zero and other related sites
A large park dedicated to peace as well as the Atomic Bomb and so on.
This tour also includes must to see memorials, such as the Cenotaph for the A-bomb victims, Children’s Peace Monument, Memorial Mound, Memorial Tower for Mobilized students and the ground zero.
Peace Memorial Museum
The Museum which collects and displays belongings left by the victims, photos, and other materials that convey the horror of that event.

(Orizul Tower: Located right next to the Atomic Bomb Dome, this 14-story mixed-use commercial complex is another landmark of Hiroshima. From the rooftop observation deck, "Hiroshima no Oka," you can enjoy panoramic views of Hiroshima, feel the breeze on your skin, and experience the passage of time and the history of Hiroshima. The complex also features tourist facilities such as modern art, origami crane making workshops, and a cafe.)

Hi, I'm Kahori, a nationally licensed guide interpreter, and have just started working with GoWithGuide! I’m delighted to show people around this area. For the past almost 10 years, I have mainly guided foreign medical professionals around Hiroshima City and Miyajima, gaining a deep understanding of the effects of radiation and the support for A-bomb survivors.
Hiroshima is a city of rivers and the sea. Along the rivers Cherry trees line, and the calm Seto Inland Sea, dotted with islands, creates a stunning landscape. Also, the sea has many islands called "art islands" which have fantastic arts relating to the art festival "Setoushi Triennale". In addition to our two World Heritage Sites, this area is rich in attractive resources. I hope many of you will come and experience this fascinating land. Personally, I am very passionate about modern art and enjoy sports like stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) on our rivers.

“Amazing day in Miyajima and Hiroshima!”
I had an incredible day with Kahori. The tour was personalized and thoughtful. All of the transitions from place to place were seamless. But most of all, I learned so much throughout the day. “Kahori was fantastic! ”
Kahori was our guide for this half day tour. She was accommodating and friendly as she navigated us to the right place. We got lost and she was willing to meet us and at a new destination convenient for us. She took us to Miyajima and was incredibly knowledgeable about the shrine and history of the island. She encouraged us to try local dishes and pointed out her favorites. She then dropped us off at the Peace Park with a bit of history as well. I highly recommend this tour with Kahori!
