We had an absolutely wonderful day with Mayumi in Hiroshima and Miyajima. From the moment we met her, it was clear we were in incredibly capable hands. She thoughtfully guided us through a full, meaningful day and helped us see all of the highlights while sharing deep knowledge and beautiful context along the way. Mayumi was incredibly attentive, warm, and intuitive — always aware of what our family needed and seamlessly adapting as the day unfolded. What truly stood out was the grace and care she brought to the experience, making it feel personal, respectful, and memorable. We had an amazing experience with Mayumi. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and made every stop meaningful. She explained the history and culture in a way that was easy to understand and truly enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of throughout the day. Highly recommended!
