Hi Fiona again, I am truly honored to have had the opportunity to serve you both as your guide. Indeed, most of the sake breweries were closed as they were busy preparing for the large-scale Sake Festival taking place next week. However, when I watched you both carefully and thoughtfully tasting the different kinds of sake, almost as if you were sommeliers, and sharing your impressions with each other, I was deeply moved by the respect you kindly showed for Japanese food culture.
