“Kyoto experience”

What else can I say about Leo but he is amazing. Our journey with Leo started while we were planning our trip. From the beginning, he was genuinely engaged in making the day unique to us. He asked questions, listened to what we wanted, and then made suggestions that fitted our family while still allowing us to see Kyoto for what it truly is. Leo picked us up from our Osaka hotel and took control for the day, guiding us seamlessly through the train system. We started early at 7am to avoid the crowds at Fushimi Inari, followed by a few other temples, lunch at a brilliant Japanese pancake place, and an afternoon exploring and learning about Shogun and Imperial history at Nijo Castle — our boys' favourite part of the day. Our kids had the best time, and Leo's interaction directly with them made their experience so much more fun. His ability to hold the interest of a 13, 9 and 5-year-old was phenomenal. There are so many compliments we could give Leo, but as a parent, the fact that he managed to make it through 8 hours without a single "I'm bored" or "Can we leave?" says everything about how excellent he is. I cannot recommend Leo highly enough as someone to guide you through any experience. He didn't just show us Kyoto — he made the day memorable for our whole family. Thank you Leo

“Awesome Tour of Kyoto”

I’ll start out by saying that Leo was awesome! I came to Kyoto to help my 21 year-old son get settled for a three-month stay in Kyoto to attend language school. I wanted to hire a guide to help us get oriented to the area. My son was reluctant to hire a guide so I chose one that I thought would have good chemistry with my son. I nailed it with Leo. My son could relate to him because they are nearly the same age and that went perfectly. Don’t let Leo’s young age lead you to believe that he’s not professional. We found Leo to be knowledgeable, kind, attentive, friendly, and polished. He is a real professional. I give him my highest recommendation. Don’t over think your guide selection. Just hire Leo.

“Kyoto traditional day”

What a lovely guide! Leo fitted very well into our family. He was full of fun and we enjoyed his company very much. He took us to a beautiful area where we able to carry out all our activities in very close distance- tea ceremony, calligraphy and hiring of kimono. It was a super humid day so having everything so accessible was welcomed. The visit to the temple was humbling and memorable. I would highly recommend Leo
