Join our popular London private walking tour where you will see the very best sights of Westminster 3 hours with an friendly local guide, then afterwards you'll be given tickets to enter the spectacular Palace of Westminster – home to the Houses of Parliament and with over 1000 years of history!
During this tour, your guide will show you famous landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, The London Eye and Parliament Square.

Meeting Point
The Ritz
- We meet outside the Ritz hotel (W1J 9BR). Next to two red telephone boxes. Nearest underground station is Green Park.
Buckingham Palace
Stroll through royal Green Park to Buckingham Palace - official residence of the King! Here, your guide will tell stories of the palace's long history.
During June and July you can also witness the famous Changing of the Guard ceremony! In this case we will need to start the tour at around 10am.
The Mall
We then walk up The Mall, past Clarence House (where Prince Charles & Camilla stay when they are in London) & catch a glimpse of St James Palace. We will stop along the way to admire the various statues, historic buildings & monuments.
Trafalgar Square
You'll visit Westminster's most famous public square, built to commemorate the Battle of Trafalgar and the site of many famous British gatherings. See Nelson's Column and many other statues and historic buildings around the square.
Whitehall
Continue towards the political heart of London, passing Downing Street and the London Eye along the way.
Westminster Abbey
Next, you'll approach the iconic Westminster Abbey, where many Royal weddings, funerals, and coronations have taken place over centuries. Your guide will tell you stories of the abbey's past and the famous people buried here.
Parliament Square
See famous statues including Winston Churchill in this historic square, and admire the impressive Houses of Parliament (Palace of Westminster) and Big Ben!
Enter the Houses of Parliament
Your guide will say goodbye to you here, and you’ll enter the famous Palace of Westminster – home to the House of Commons and the House of Lords, the two houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. This is where Britain’s biggest decisions have been made for centuries!
Your ticket includes a multimedia guide with both audio commentary and video content in multiple languages. You can explore at your own pace but you should allow at least 90 minutes to explore this historic palace.
