**Pick Up and Drop Off**
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Applicable locations: Pick up is limited to addresses in downtown Seoul.
- Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
- Delays are possible, depending on road/traffic conditions
- The driver won't enter the attractions with you, and no guide service is available
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- Vehicles are arranged according to the final number of people in the group. If you need to carry luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking.
- Airport Transfer service can only be used on the same day as the car charter reservation
