Colonia Americana
We will scout colonia Americana, a popular neighborhood in Guadalajara. Colonia Americana was named "The coolest neighborhood in the world for 2022" by timeout.com. It is a popular for foreigners and locals to live and hang out. It is a neighborhood with old victorian homes and sleek modern apartments.
Colonia Providencia
Colonia Providencia is another popular neighborhood to live in with family and pets. It has plenty of parks for walking, biking, jogging, and picnics on weekends. There are apartments and condos for rent/sell and plenty of big homes for a family.
Colomos park
This park is the biggest park in Guadalajara. It is like Central Park in New York City. It is located in Colonia Providencia. It has a Japanese garden, bike trail, walking trail, and you can also ride horses inside the park!!
We can stop to eat lunch at a local restuarant in Providencia.
We will have lunch and I will share other aspects of living in Guadalajara.
Colonia Vallarta norte
This neighborhood is another beautiful place to live in and is close to all the great attractions of Guadalajara.
Colonia Chapalita
This neighborhood is a jewel of the city! You are within walking distance of many restaurants and parks. There are many neighborhood events throughout the neighborhood on the weekends.
Colonia La Estancia
This neighborhood is located close to Metropolitan Park, the second-biggest park in Guadalajara. The park hosts a lot of family events on the weekends and there is also a big tennis stadium where international Wimbledon matches are held.
Andares district
This area is the luxurious area of the city. It has the biggest mall in Guadalajara. It is filled with high-rise condos and apartments and gated communities.

This tour is not for tourists but for people who are planning on moving to Guadalajara. We will scout the neighborhoods that interest you and check out any other areas that you want to see in person. Throughout the tour, I will impart my knowledge of living in the city. I will give you the pros and cons of each neighborhood. Any doubts you might have I will answer all your questions.
