My name is Ricardo and I was born and raised in Porto City. Although tourism changed Porto for the best (in my opinion) for the last 5 years, me and my family had to move out from Porto, into the bush, housing and living costs became very high and we made the choice that we should move out to the countryside. In this last year 2020 and even this year 2021 with pandemic work just fell down drastically and we had to adapt. Making Port Wine, Muscat wine and sometimes olive oil in a amatuer way since 2014, this hobbie become my family income. Making Port Wine, Muscat wine and sometimes olive oil in a amatuer way since 2014, this hobbie become my family income. Joana is an excellent tour guide. I told her the wineries in the Duoro Valley that I would like to visit and she proceeded to make all of the arrangements. She is very professional, organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Driving around the Dupro Valley with Joana made for a very enjoyable day. In addition to the above, Joana chose a local restaurant where we had a lovely lunch.
