“What a full day touring outside of Lisboa!”
We did not tour with Hugo as expected as he notified us a few days beforehand that Paula would be our tour guide for the day instead. She was super friendly, a ball of energy, and most definitely passionate about all things Portugal! Though we ran out of time to fit in a visit to Nazare, it was a very full and long day spent touring a good portion of the area north of Lisbon. Fatima was definitely worth the time to visit (if you're into this sort of thing) and Paula was able to get us in to see a short documentary presented by the museum which was cool. She often went to great lengths to ensure we got the most out of the time we had with her, including our stop for lunch in Batalha that was fantastic and authentic to the region. We learned that Paula lives in the old village of nearby Sintra and would have toured that area with her as well, except it was our last day in Portugal and we had already toured Sintra the day before. If you're looking for a full day of high-energy and adventure, this is for you and would recommend!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! While I'm sorry I wasn’t able to personally guide you on the day, I’m truly glad to hear that Paula took great care of you and made the experience so enjoyable. She is indeed a wonderful guide — full of energy, knowledge, and heart — and we're lucky to have her on our team. It’s great to know that Fátima, Batalha, and the surrounding areas made a meaningful impression, and that you enjoyed the authentic regional lunch. We always do our best to adapt and make the most of each moment, so we’re happy to hear you felt that care. Thank you once again for choosing us and for recommending the tour — it means a lot. We hope to welcome you back to Portugal in the future, perhaps for that Sintra tour with Paula next time! Warm regards,
Glen W.
“An Amazing Day in Lisbon with Paula!”
We spent a fantastic day exploring Lisbon with our guide, Paula, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She made sure we saw all the major sights on our list—and even added in a few hidden gems we didn’t know we were missing! Navigating Lisbon’s steep hills and busy streets can be a challenge, but Paula’s deep knowledge of the city and its traffic patterns made everything smooth and stress-free. She knew exactly where to go, when to go, and how to get us in and out of spots efficiently. Her friendly, relaxed style combined with expert-level local insight really elevated the day. If you’re visiting Lisbon, do yourself a favor and book a day with Paula—you’ll see more, stress less, and come away with memories you’ll never forget.
