I propose you visit an Iberian ham factory of the Appeletion of Ofigin Guijuelo. Afterwards, we will take a short ride to Salamanca for a quiet walking tour and lunch. If you still have the energy to do something more, on the ride back to Madrid we may visit a winery or perhaps a charcuterie or cheese factory

Guijuelo ham factory
After a ride from Madrid, aprox. 2h 15min., we arrive at Guijuelo to visit an Iberian ham factory. During 1-hour we have a guided tour and tasting of products
Salamanca city
After a ride of 45 minutes approx. we arrive at Salamanca. I will lead you on a walking tour through the historical city centre and I will give you free time

Inclusions & Exclusions
Local guide fee. Transportation by car PEUGEOT 5008 for groups of up to 4 visitors. Complementary bottle of water. Pick up/drop off at the meeting point. Gasoline and toll. Full guided tour at the factory and Salamanca. Samples of wine and ham at the factory. Lunch tapas style

Tour Important Information
The tour is customizable upon request if you make a reservation for a group.
I will lead you on a 90-minute walking tour of Salamanca, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and a hat/umbrella when the weather is not convenient for the tour.
This tour does not include tickets to visit any monument, but they are available if required.
We will pass by the most picturesque places that reflect the key stages in the formation of the city.
Lunch break is tapas style but a local full lunch is possible upon request. Ask for details.
A visit to cheese/charcuterie factory is possible but not included in the day fee. Ask for details.

I will lead you on a 2 hour and 30 minutes walking tour through the historic city centre of Madrid. While crossing the Habsbourgh and Bourbons quarters I will take you back to another time in our history. We will pass by the most picturesque places that reflect the key stages in the formation of the city. Wine Tour from Madrid to Vinos de Madrid

Noon Tapas Tour
We visit 3 bars to try different rations (tapas) at each stop to experience some of the specialities from across Spain. I will offer you wine from different Wine Regions, there are more than 90. Every tour is different because I choose 3 bars every time, so the food and wines are different. You will receive 1 drink and 3 tapas on each bar. Well, You say "tapas", and I say "raciones", because we share food between all. But let's say that you receive 3 tapas per person
Madrid Royal Palace
I will lead you on an 80-minute tour through the halls of the Royal Palace that are open to tourists. We access the private rooms of the King through the Hallway and the main staircase. We cross the ceremonial Dining room, visit the "small golden chapel" and finish the tour by visiting the Throne's hall. Access to the Palace allows you to visit the Royal Armory at no additional cost. It is sometimes possible to visit the Royal Kitchen area with an additional fee payable only at the ticket office
