There used to be a gate in this square, but it was kept closed for decades. We will discover why.
Calle de la pasa
Now inside of the "medieval" Madrid we will start focusing on the street signs and talk about the origin of some names.
Carboneras cookie convent
Do nuns live here? Do they bake and sell cookies? Are the sweets good? yes, yes and yes! we will get into the details of this.

Almudena's ruins
