Kamakura : Historic Sites (from Tokyo)
This is basically your trip and you can choose spots as you like. Kamakura is a small city where the first Samurai Goverment was seated from 12 to 14th century. Let's go to the typical country! It takes one hour by tarin from Tokyo and you can experience Japan's midlle aged culture like Zen Buddhism as well as Shintoism. Dry-rock-garden Geen tea ceremony. Don't foreget local food. Kamakura is famous for "Shirasu" boild sardin baby fish. Finally, Great Buddha embraces you in the ancient times.

“One day Tokyo trip”
Our journey to Tokyo was a great one. We had 13 people in our troop with kids, seniors, adults etc. He managed the group very well, helped all of us stay on time and made sure that we covered all things that were discussed when the booking was made. He also helped us do more things than planned, like owl cafe etc. I will totally recommend anyone to appoint Steve as their guide. Thanks again Steve for keeping us on time and pace.

Steve is a very kind and knowledgable guide. He speaks English very well which made it easy for us. We needed to rush a little because the train/subway system confused even him at times but we made all of the connections we needed to. He always chose the most economical mode of transport first and we upgraded when we felt like it made sense for us. I was born and raised in Tokyo. I am a mother so that I'd be glad to welcome families with young children as well. I used to teach Japanese cultures to elementary students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at local and private elementary schools when I lived in Canada, United states, and New Zealand. My happiest moments with these children were when they look forward to another lesson every week. All lessons were customized and prepared after discussing with each classroom teacher. It was a challenging job, but this experience broaden my horizon and prompted me to become an English tour guide. I have a license of Registered Nurse and a Medical interpreter. I've still worked as a nurse during the off- tourism season so that I've kept a medical back ground. There are some common thinking between Tour guide and Nurse, both jobs are required to put myself into their shoes. I'll make plans considering their physical conditions and will arrange any supports after discussing about the tour. I've already experienced to do several tours for mobility challenged clients who have intractable disease and have a difficulty for a long walking. My Name is Naoya. I was born in Tokyo in 1952. After my graduation from Keio University, I joined a Japanese bank. Mainly I was assigned international business and stayed in London for three years. At the age of 52, I moved to a Japanese manufacturer company and had worked for 11 years. As a personnel manager, I engaged in hiring Indian graduates. Then for two years, I went to Tashkent in Uzbekistan as a JICA senior volunteer. I taught "corporate finance" at Tashkent Financial Institute in English. I got the guide license in 2017, After I came back to Tokyo, I am working as a volunteer guide, especially in Shinjuku. I hope to create special and deep tours in which tourists are interested but by now they were not able to gain access to. For example; Visit to various Universities, Visit to narrow streets in Tokyo, Visit to feel Edo (Now and Then) My hobby is playing the guitar. I hope we are in peace through music. I am also interested in Art, History and cooking. My major subject is economics and finance.
