“Convenient Ride with a Friendly Driver”

Kota was extremely kind and very easy to be around, and having a private car to get to each location was definitely convenient and enjoyable. We appreciated his friendliness and willingness to help, and he truly was a super nice guy. That said, the experience felt more like a chauffeur service than a guided tour. We often had to ask for information at each stop, and there was limited background or explanation provided about the places we visited. At times, it felt like we were sharing more about life in the USA with him than learning about Japan from him. Overall, we enjoyed meeting Kota and valued the convenience of the car, but for the price we were hoping for a more informative and immersive tour experience. He is a wonderful person, and with more guiding and local insight, this could be an even better experience!

“Kota-san, friendly and excellent with the kids! ”

Very pleasant experience dealing with Kota. He is responsive & accommodating. Kids were quick to warm to him. His English is good & he is more than capable translating & explaining things in depth. All in all, 10/10.

“Best Guide EVER!!!”

Kota (aka Kody) was the BEST guide we could have asked for! It was my mother and I’s first time in Japan, and we were only here for a short while, and Kody really made sure that we were able to see a lot of landmarks and fill up our days, but we never felt rushed or stressed. He also knew some amazing food spots! His English and translation skills are phenomenal, and were very helpful during our time. He also created a wonderful itinerary for us, which was extremely helpful and fun. He combined our interests/things we wanted to see, and also showed some places we never would have thought of. As a person, he is extremely kind, professional, and funny. We really cannot recommend Kody enough. He made our trip 100000x better, and anyone would be extremely lucky to have him as a guide. Arigatō gozaimasu Kody!
