Hello! I'm Toshi, a travel lover from Tochigi.

I love traveling and have been lucky enough to visit over 40 countries so far. One of the best parts of traveling is meeting local people, and I've been helped by so many kind people around the world.

That's one of the reasons I wanted to become a guide. I'd love to help visitors enjoy Japan the same way local people helped me during my travels!

I also enjoy talking with people from different countries. I'm always interested in hearing your travel stories, your culture, and what surprised you about Japan, etc.

We’ll start in the historic area of Nikko, visiting Rinnoji Temple, Toshogu Shrine, and Futarasan Shrine. After lunch at a local restaurant, we’ll drive up the famous Irohazaka winding road toward Lake Chuzenji. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the spectacular Kegon Falls and enjoy the beautiful scenery around Lake Chuzenji. The final stop will be flexible depending on the season, weather conditions, and your interests.

“Above and Beyond—Highly Recommend Toshi”

Toshi was an exceptional guide, and we are incredibly grateful for the care he took to make our experience so special. He was very accommodating and willingly adjusted our tour time to help us avoid traffic and crowds, which made a tremendous difference in our day. His English was excellent, and his knowledge of the area made the tour both enjoyable and informative. One of our favorite experiences was the opportunity to enjoy a traditional soba noodle lunch. Toshi helped us navigate an experience we would not have felt comfortable attempting on our own, making it even more memorable. To top it all off, he takes wonderful photos, allowing us to capture memories of our time in Nikko! We both give Toshi our highest possible recommendation. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and accommodating guide who goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable, we wholeheartedly recommend him. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to spend the day with him!
