Meeting Point
Your Hotel Lobby (Beijing)
- I would meet you up at your hotel lobby. By default we would go by private transportation (Volkswagen, Buick GL8, Mercedes Benz Vito, Mini-bus etc.). Ride-hailing is also available per requirement.
Mutianyu Great Wall (Badaling, Simatai, Jinshanling Great Wall also available)
We would take a cable car up to the Great Wall, and visit it for 2-2.5 hours and then take a toboggan down to the entrance.
Mutianyu Great Wall, located 70 km northeast of Beijing, is one of the most well-preserved and scenic sections of the Great Wall. Known for its majestic watchtowers, restored stone walls, and stunning mountain views, it offers a quieter, less crowded experience. Visitors can hike along ancient pathways, ride a cable car for scenery views, or enjoy a fun toboggan slide down.
Lunch Break (at Great Wall)
There are plenty of restaurants for you to choose from (BurgerKing, Dumplings, Subway etc.). 30-40 min for the lunch break (foods are not included in the package) and we need to set off for the Forbidden City.
Summer Palace
Summer palace is now one of the best reserved royal gardens in China. In fact, during Qing Dynasties, rulers of the country usually spend all their summer here instead of the Forbidden City.
The Summer Palace in Beijing is a stunning masterpiece of Chinese landscape design, blending natural beauty with imperial architecture. Once the royal family's summer retreat, it features serene lakes, lush gardens, and grand pavilions. Highlights include the tranquil Kunming Lake, the Long Corridor, and the majestic Longevity Hill. Visitors can stroll along ancient pathways, take a boat ride, or explore historic halls and temples. Ideal for those seeking history, culture, and scenic beauty.
Eastern Gate/ Northern Gate of Summer Palace
Finished the touring for the day and we would drop you off at your hotel or any destination (in the city area) you'd like.

Hi this is Chen! It’s always more than the sceneries. Stories bring the attractions alive! Story-telling is what I believed to be one of the best ways to do a tour. I offer a unique touring service that focuses on the ancient and genuine historical tales and stories. I took a story-based narration combined with the historical palaces. I also did historical fact checks to ensure the authenticity of the stories I share.
