A half-day tour to discover two of the main specialties of Emilia Romagna Region: the traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Two unique products that can be produced only here, in the area of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I will pick you up in the morning by private car and after visiting the dairy and balsamic farm and tasting of all the different aging of Parmigiano and balsamic, even on a gelato, we will be back to your hotel or train station

We will stop in a traditional balsamic farm to learn how this incredible product is made. We will taste the 12 and 25 years's old Balsamic and a special balsamic on gelato.
