Today, goat's milk gains recognition for its nutrients and digestibility. Consequently, many Tuscan farmers revive goat farming, rediscovering tradition and crafting exceptional products.

What we will do:
• Explore an organic farm specializing in goat cheese production. Wander through pastures, the barn, and the dairy, culminating in a cheese tasting session
• Indulge in a homemade lunch paired with wine tasting at an organic winery estate
• A stroll in a charming medieval hilltop village in the Chianti area
Note: The dairy cannot be visited during the cheese making process due to hygiene regulations.
The tour includes:
