Goat cheese production, an ancient Tuscan tradition, faces decline over time. Once vital for subsistence, modern methods reduced goat breeding. Today, goat's milk gains recognition for its nutrients and digestibility. Consequently, many Tuscan farmers revive goat farming, rediscovering tradition and crafting exceptional products.
Your accommodation

You will have a goat cheese tasting at an organic goat farm and visit the estate, the animals and dairy
I will guide you on a tour of a second estate and have a wine tasting and a homemade lunch with lots of explanation about what you are experiencing.

Note: The dairy cannot be visited during the cheese making process due to hygiene regulations.
