Eva G.
Hi, I'm Eva! I've been living in Florence since 2012 and I've become a professional licensed tour guide in 2016, since then I did a lot of private tours around Florence and in Tuscany, working with families and small groups of friends. I'm still very curious and constantly learning new things about local history and artists, and Florence always gives you an opportunity to discover something interesting. I'm in love with my city and I live quite an active life, so I can tell you a lot of things not only about history, but also about modern life of Florence. During pandemic period I have finished the Wine Courses, so now I'm also professional sommelier, working in wine industry, and I can share my experience with you. We also have a nice wine cellar in the city center, where you can join one of our wine-tasting evenings. My concept of exploring Italy is doing it with taste and style. So during our tour we will have no rush and you will have an opportunity to really enjoy Italian style of life. Yes, I give a lot of historical information, but I'm very flexible and I always put your needs and wishes at the first place. So every tour is adopted to the client's preferences.

Raghda A.
My name is Raghda. I have been working as a local Guide in Venice for almost 2 years, taking clients on walking tours on the historic island. I am passionate about meeting people from all around the world and exchanging stories and experiences. I have lived in Venice since 2020 so I have built up quite a decent knowledge about the city and its sights. In the beginning, I was showing around friends and family who came to visit, then I realized that I have gained pretty decent information to start doing this as a job because it has become exciting to rediscover sights and even build up more knowledge as time goes by. I enjoy interacting with different cultures and nationalities. I have lived and worked in several countries like Latvia, Poland, Spain, Turkey, Germany, Malta, and different cities in Italy as well. I will be taking you around the various districts of Venice exploring hidden gems and mysterious locations, as well as the main attractions and highlights of the city. I will be your GPS & storyteller for the unforgettable hours of concise yet enriched and detailed visit to the historical island. We will go around various districts of Venice and tell stories about churches and historical sites. By the end of the tour, I could suggest good restaurants in various districts.

Mirco M.
Hiking Guide and Tour Guide! If you want to discover Etna, some natural beauties in East Sicily, or cities like Catania, Syracuse or Taormina, you can count on me. Six years ago I gave life to a project, with the idea of shooting documentaries about each area of Sicily I visit, to document it through short videos and tell it to the viewers. Thanks to this idea, asking hospitality to the municipalities and, in return, I make a video, I have been discovering hundreds of hidden natural, urban and archeological gems. What's the aim of my ''Gowithguide' profile? Show the travellers how much-hidden beauties we have in Sicily. I want you to experience Sicily deeply as Sicilians do: this is my aim. For this reason, thanks to my work of documentaries around Sicily (subtitled in English and many other languages) I am also known as “the popularizer of Sicilianity”! See you soon in Sicily!

The historic center of Naples is one of the oldest in Europe and is Unesco World Heritage. Very few cities have had the continuity of history Naples has during the century the ancient city survived both in its street pattern and its geography of prestige. The city grown vertically and this created a unicum, a stratigrafic city with remains of 2000 history mixed in amazing architectures. But there is more: compared to other cities Naples is still an authentic place full of life and soul.

Italy Tour Reviews
Maria K.
“Outstanding!!!!”
We spent several weeks in Italy and had a number of different tours. Vincenzo was, hands-down, the best guide we had on our trip. Having someone who actually excavated at those sites and was clearly well respected among other guides we encountered there was invaluable. The stories, the background information, and the way he really made those places come to lifejust made the day perfect. Highly recommend.

What is the best month to travel to Italy?
Your best bet is to plan your tour around the weather. That being said, the summer months (June - August) are the busiest and also the hottest and sees Italy’s beaches fill up with revelers. For some milder weather, spring (March - May) and autumn (September - November) are good choices and may be a little quieter depending on where you’re traveling. That obviously leaves winter, which can get cold and wet. We’d only really recommend a winter trip if you’re heading to the ski resorts of the Italian Alps.

Is Italy a safe country?
Italy is generally a safe country and mostly friendly to tourists. Pickpockets and other petty crime can occur though, so we’d recommend not flaunting your valuables and keeping an eye on your surroundings when in crowded areas. Tap water is clean and safe to drink in most places as well.
