Preserved since ancient times, this wonder of the world houses a dark history of bloodshed. Learn of its history and admire its beauty in this shard from a distant time.
Roman Forum
Learn about the life of the average ancient Roman citizen in this walk through the forum of philosophers, merchants, and religious rituals. The Forum also features the Temple of Saturn, the Arch of Titus, and many other renowned monuments.
Palatine Hill
Once the political, religious, and commercial center of ancient Rome, Palatine Hill is where Roman history began and where later the Roman Emperors used to live. Afterwards we’ll grab lunch nearby where you will be able to try some of Rome's local specialties.
Pantheon
Once dedicated to the planetary deities of ancient Rome, the Pantheon contains some of the most impressive art and architecture of its time.
Piazza Colonna
Take a walk through this historic plaza and imagine Romans from a millennia past walking these streets.
Piazza di Spagna
Next we’ll take a look at this famous and beautiful square famous not only for its flight of steps.
Trevi Fountain
Last, we’ll finish off with the most famous and photographed fountain in Rome. Admire the sculptured figures and offer them a coin in the hopes to return to Rome.

“Best Guide in Rome ”
This was our first visit to Rome. Paolo made our experience perfect! He is organized, responsive to any special requests, and very helpful with questions and all that was before we even arrived! We visited multiple sites and Paolo was a wealth of information. I actually felt bad for the other tourists because they were missing out on what they were seeing and the history of the sites. I have food allergies and Paolo was attentive to my needs and we went to a wonderful local restaurant instead of where most tourists would go. We even had time for a couple of extra stops along the way that I’m sure other tourists wouldn’t know about. Who would think to look fo an aqueduct in a mall? I can’t recommend Paolo enough, I wish I could give him 10 stars! We travel often and he’s the best guide we have ever had! I can’t wait to come back to Rome so I can take another tour with him!

“Great day with Paolo!”
We spent a great day with Paolo covering all the main tourist spots plus some. I knew we would be jet lagged and I thought it would be helpful to have the day planned and someone else who was thinking through all the tickets, timing, and directions. Paolo planned a wonderful day and managed to keep the entire family engaged for 8 hours -- that's no small feat on a very hot day with 15,000 steps! He engaged adults and kids alike with stories and questions and was truly a pleasure to be with. I would definitely recommend him and this tour!
