I have guided a variety of tours for people and tourists from all over the world and have been doing so for over 9 years. Before being a tour guide I spent most of my career working in the banking industry for almost 30 years, starting with Korea First Bank which later became a US based Newbridge Capital and UK based Standard Chartered Bank until I retired in 2016. My experience in the banking industry was very much customer-first and dealing with the public which laid the cornerstone and passion to becoming a tour guide. After retiring from the bank, I worked as a lecturer for a volunteering organization run by the local public office and taught students about the environment and disabilities. With various experiences and personal management skills, these challenges have provided a real life, hands on cultural nuances which will promote friendship and expand life experiences between different cultures. “A grand day out right in the city of Seoul”

We had a great day together with Juhee 씨! She put a lot of effort into the preparation of our experience, and so we had it all in just one day: history and beauty of Changdeokgung, a traditional meal for lunch, tea in a traditional teahouse in Insadong, shopping support for special items (fabric and calligraphy paraphernalia in my case) and the more than happy ending in a relaxing way in a jjimjilbang (sauna). We were chatting away with Juhee the whole time throughout and were introduced to Korean culture and customs along the way. It felt like spending time with a good friend! She went above and beyond to meet (and exceed!) our expectations. Thank you so much for this day!

K-pop Demon Hunters One-Day Tour

“Great 1/2 Day Tour with Sally!”

We enjoyed our visit to K-Pop Demon Hunter’s key sites with Sally. Though our time was short, we made good use of our time by exploring the City, seeing the views, and taking lots of photos! Recommend that you start early before the crowds. Sally has a deep understanding of Korean culture and history, so imparted her wisdom to us throughout the journey. Her English is very good as well so we had lots of interesting conversations. Great way to complete our quick three-day visit to Seoul!
