This special tour allows me to show you one of the most important palaces of Portugal without beeing among the crowds like the palaces in Sintra.
As a certified guide I will unveil the secrets of the stunning and quite unknown Queluz Palace with its gardens!
Let's drive to the historical quarter of Sintra one of the most romantic places in Portugal described by Lord Byron as "the glorius Eden", where lunch time is going to take place.
Open our senses to the Atlantik breeze at Cabo da Roca.
At the place chosen by the customer.
● Visit to the Queluz Palace.
The National Palace of Queluz is one of the leading examples of the rococo and neoclassical architectural styles from the second half of the eighteenth century in Portugal.
The residence was initially designed as a summer house and thus a favoured place for the royal family's leisure and entertainment but which became their permanent home from 1794.
Visit to the gardens.
Driving on the road along the Guincho dunes and the natural park Sintra/Cascais we will experience the dramatic scenery where some scenes of the James Bond movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service from 1969 was filmed. Considered by the critics as the best Bond movie ever.
We will make a short stop in Cascais for you to admire this beautiful city.
