This is basically an "everything you should know" tour of the amazing city of Porto!
You will go with me on a walking tour of the heart of the city, exploring the most important neighborhoods like Clérigos, Aliados, Sé, Ribeira and others. Discover the vibrant streets and learn all about its history, from the foundation period to the Port Wine trade, that developed the local economy and one of the reasons why Porto is so famous.
During our tour, we'll walk by some of the most important monuments and sites of the city.
Clérigos Tower and Church
Considered a National Monument, since 1910, it's one of the main points of interest in the city of Porto.
The Church and the Tower are part of an 18th Century Baroque Style building, which marked the city's urban landscape.
Lello Bookshop
The oldest bookshop in the city and considered the third most beautiful in the world
City Hall
Resting at the top of Aluados Avenue it's construction started in 1920
S. Bento Station
Admire the main hall, completely covered with beautiful blue and white Portuguese tiles, known as Azulejos
Cathedral
From the 12th Century it's the most important Romanesque monument in Porto

* If you have trouble walking up and down the hills of Porto, please let me know in advance! The tour can be tailor-made and there's the possibility of adjusting the program and rent a private car.
* The meeting point is flexible as long as it's within the city center and previously informed to the guide.
* For hotel pick-ups, at time of booking, please inform your hotel name and address.
* Monuments and sites might close without notice, on public holidays or special occasions.
* I recommend you to have Euros for your personal expenses, since Dollars are not acepted.
