Although I am not an architect (I studied History of Art), Architecture is one of my passions.
The so-called "Porto School of Architecture" gave two Pritzker Prize Winners to the world: Álvaro Siza Vieira and Eduardo Souto de Moura. Their master: Fernando Távora.
A steady balance between the opposing pulls of regional tradition and global design currents, that's what we are going to admire and understand in this fascinating full day tour.
