Important

-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.

-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation

-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.

-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.

-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)

-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.

“Kagoshima Airport Pick up and Drive Tour”

We arrived mid-morning and knew we had several hours to kill before we were able to check in. Mr. Yamada met us at the airport on time and we started our drive tour. Though technically not a tour guide, he was quite knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent driver. The taxi was immaculate and comfortable. We communicated through Google Translate which worked out very well. He took us to Sakurajima Island and other places in the area that would have been difficult to visit if it wasn't for his expertise. All in all, it was a fantastic day and we were super happy that we were able to arrange this private drive-- tour-a big thumbs up.

“Mt Aso tour from Yatsushiro Port”

Pros: spacious van for 8 of us. Driver courteous. Smooth driving. Mt Aso looked spectacular. Cons: driver late for nearly half an hour. Booking time is 9:30am but he arrived just before 10am. Not answering my phone call.

Over the past few days, we have confirmed the situation with our local staff in Kumamoto. Due to a special situation, the originally assigned driver was unable to attend, and a replacement driver was arranged at short notice.
