-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.

-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.

“Amazing way to explore the region ”
This was by far the best, and more cost effective way, to explore this region of Japan. A clean, private, air conditioned spacious car that took us out to several spots that tour agencies just simply couldn’t do. So we had a really fun and engaging driver who chatted about the region; history; food; and local sites. All at our own pace. This is the best way by far to travel! 100% recommend using this service!!!

“A day of distant experiences ”
We really wanted to see a handful of places and experiences here but found them too far apart for regular transportation and our travel agent was not able to come up with anything. Yet this wonderful chartered taxi service was able to meet our requirements and at an extremely affordable price. These guys enabled us to make the most of being here. “5-hour sightseeing tour from Port of Sakaiminato”
Mr Tanaka picked us up on time, walked us up to each place we had asked to go so we could get tickets if needed. Even though he couldn't speak English, he used his phone to translate anything we needed to know. We were able to see Matsue castle, ride the sightseeing boat, see the samurai house and had lunch at local microbrewery. A great day in Japan. Woo from TR Taxi was very helpful and professional setting everything up. We were very happy with this excursion.
