Important

-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.

-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation

-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.

-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.

-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)

-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.

“Best way to visit Aomori Shrines”

Fukuyoshi, our driver, was waiting for us at the cruise terminal, we visited the most important places with a comfortable Van excellent for our group of 6. We asked him for Ramen and a quick stop to a pharmacy and he was always accommodating and polite.

Our driver Mr Nori was very friendly and made the effort to communicate with us via his translation app. He was very punctual and patient. The vehicle was spacious, clean and comfortable. (It was Alphard if I remembered correctly). We planned the trip using AI and do note that the travel time from Atami to Shizuoka was much longer than what AI suggested.
