“Stopped the tour ”

Our experience was totally unsatisfactory. It was extremely difficult to communicate with the driver (even if we do speak Japanese!), the information given to us was often wrong. Any random taxi would have been superior! If you target foreign customers, you have at least check what you offer. When we finished visiting the Jomon site, the car was there but not the driver. We, as customers, are not to wait for the driver, it's the other way around. We took another taxi and will continue our sightseeing by ourselves even if we have to pay for it. However our Regent Seven seas ombrella remained in the car. Please ask the driver to deposit it to the ship. Worst experience ever.

Regarding the situation at the Jomon site, we have checked with our local staff in Aomori. Because it was raining, the driver took the umbrella from the car to bring it to you. However, due to some miscommunication, he could not find you. When he returned, you had already left. We sincerely apologize for the delay this caused to your trip. It seems there have been some communication issues between you and the driver right from the start of this trip. Although we do not have more details, we will speak with our local team in Aomori and ask them to pay closer attention to the selection and assignment of drivers. We believe your feedback will help them focus more on driver communication training. We apologize again for the inconvenience.

The rider arrived to the airport on time and he managed our trip well as we had a 5hr tohr in Aomori. I would definately recommend this

“Excellent 2-day tour of Aomori!”

We just completed a 2-day tour of Aomori and enjoyed it very much, thanks to TR Taxi! The experience was excellent, from the time we started the booking process, all the way till the end of the tour. Woo handled our reservation and was very responsive, helpful and efficient. Mr Tsushima, our driver, was experienced and safe on the roads. The minivan we travelled in was clean and spacious. We used translation apps to communicate important information so the language barrier didn’t pose much of an issue. He brought us to a nice restaurant in Hirosaki for lunch and remembered to let the restaurant know my food restriction which was great! We booked 8-hours per day for 2 days and completed all our destinations in good time. All in all, I highly recommend TR Taxi for your transportation needs in Japan.
