-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.
-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation
-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.

“Wonderful tour!!!”
During our Kagoshima tour, the driver kindly explained about Sengan-en Garden and Sakurajima Island using Google Translate so that we could fully enjoy and understand the experience. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and effort to make sure nothing was lost in translation. He also recommended a wonderful Wagyu restaurant, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. The meal was unforgettable, and it felt like we were being treated with great care. More than anything, I was deeply touched by the warmth and hospitality we received throughout the day. “Excellent tour ”
Despite the heavy rain the day before, which caused parts of the highway to be closed, the driver quickly arranged an alternative route and still made sure we could visit Kumamoto Castle. I was very impressed with his professionalism and care. What made the trip even more special was the sushi restaurant he recommended — it turned out to be a real hidden gem and absolutely delicious. Thanks to his thoughtful guidance, the whole experience was smooth and very satisfying.

We had an excellent Hiroshima tour with Ms. Yukiko and would highly recommend her services. She was professional, polite, and very friendly throughout the day.
