Mr Seigo was very communicative from the start, helping us with planning the itinerary. He was friendly, kind and happy to accommodate our requests throughout the journey. At every site we visited, he explained to us the history behind them. If you don't speak any Japanese, you don't need to worry as he speaks English very well. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend others to book with Seigo.

Yuki was absolutely excellent. He was always incredibly helpful, kind, and flexible, adapting the plans to our preferences and pace throughout the trip. He organized our days very efficiently, allowing us to make the most of our time in the city without stress or unnecessary wasted time. In addition to having great knowledge of Tokyo, he gave us many useful suggestions during the day, explained aspects of Japanese culture, and helped us discover places we probably would not have found on our own. Communication was always easy and quick, even before the trip. It was a very well-organized experience that made our stay even more special. We highly recommend him without hesitation.

Dear Teresa, Thank you for your review. You took three tours of mine in Tokyo and to Hakone. I tried my best to show you Mt. Fuji from Hakone but she has been hidden like the Buddha in Asakusa except the trace of her bottom. I took my favorite restaurants for our lunch and it's an important part of my tours. Please enjoy your visit to Kyoto, tomorrow. I hope my information is useful to appreciate the Shines and Temples in Kyoto. Thank you very much for taking my tours.

“Kaneo's excellent”

We worked with Kaneo to pick us up at our Tokyo hotel and help us navigate the 3 trains necessary to get to Hakone. It was a little more money, but much less stress. He had been very flexible in working with us to tailor his standard tour option to our circumstances, and his knowledge about the time and effort to do what we wanted was very helpful. We also had a chance to visit a woodworking craftsman's workshop at the end of the tour, and ended up buying a wonderful woodcut of Mt Fuji which now hangs on our wall. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a good review. It was my first experience to use a bullet train to Hakone. It was amazingly fast! When we left Hakone, you made me know we could see Mt. Fuji. It was a rare occasion to see it in the afternoon. I think the woodcraft you bought brought Mt. Fuji to us. Thank you again for giving me a wonderful time with you.
