“Life savers”
I called last minute for a ride from Minakami to Yamanashi for me, my wife, and our 3 kids and they delivered a driver who arrived right on time, spoke perfect English, was super friendly, and stopped at a few restaurants stops with incredible food options. The van was very nicely appointed and he got us to our destination safely. I would definitely use them again.

Our experience with SoQ Bright Taxi was outstanding. The communication was clear and consistent and they followed up several times on the itinerary and timing or our trip. Our driver Mr, Li was very friendly and helpful. He even helped us find a delicious ramen restaurant to eat at. The vehicle was nice and comfortable and very clean. It suited the 6 of us well and made our day trip to Kyoto perfect.
