We had a great time & experience with Soq J. he is experinced , efficient & professional He brought our itenerary that was on paper into living experience & made great memories with his smiles , sense of humor , experience & sight seeing. When I sent him our itenerary in the beginning , he went through it , revised it , and added other attaractions , and reserved all of the attractions , Bullet trains , & Restaurants in advance . We were 6 adults , basically 3 couples - demand & expectations were extremely high . SoQ out performed everyone's expectations & demands . looking back , he had to take care of each person to their expectations & needs , not only he did that , he out performed everyons expectations & needs . he was there for us 24/7 during our trip in Japan !! our trip was extremely memorable & successful because of SOQ . Now that we are back in Los Angeleles we miss him alot !! I would like to thank SoQ for his hospitality , his great care & services , and above all his friendship , & honesty . Now that we know SoQ , we definitely will go back to Japan soon ! I would, absolutely recommend SoQ to everybody .
