1. Our driver's English level is average and can provide simple communication. Our driver has no training as a professional tour guide and has limited knowledge of the attractions.
2. If overtime, additional fees are required (6,000 yen/hour. Pay in cash). For example: the agreement is to gather at 15:00. If there is no meeting after 16:00, an additional fee will be charged.
3. Our service area is Tokyo and surrounding areas. If the departure or end point is not in Tokyo, we will charge an additional fee (cash payment) according to the specific itinerary.
Important message from the supplier
We can only provide charter services for Japan's Honshu Island, Shikoku Island and Hokkaido. If you want to go to Kyushu and Okinawa, you need to negotiate.
