I booked this ride because I made the mistake of flying into Shizuoka from New Chitose rather than Haneda to go to Fujikawaguchiko. I was at a loss of how to get to the area since it would’ve taken 5 hours and the possibility of missing the last bus. I found gowithguide but was nervous using this platform to book an airport shuttle service for the first time. I read reviews from other websites like jayride that drivers don’t show up but Soq quickly put my mind at ease. He was so communicative and honest. He had wonderful response time when communicating via messaging. He was honest of a fair price which is totally understandable for the long distance he drove. But he deserved every cent! He was so communicative and sent me pics of updates of where he was leading up to pick up. He got to the airport very early for us to make sure he didn’t get traffic. He was very informative and had great tips. Great conversation for the 2+ hour ride. So friendly and kind.
