“Reliable Transportation”

SoQ Bright Taxi transported us, a group of 6 visitors from Osaka to Kobe, Kyoto and Nara on three different days. The vans were clean and comfortable, the driver was puntual and helpful, and even helped to transport us and our luggage to our cruise ship in Kobe port. “Completely amazing experience”

You will not regret this. The car was extremely comfortably with heated seats that fully recline and a TV. My 3 year old was provided with a carseat (request when booking) and napped all the way from Osaka to Kyoto and then again on the way back. Zero stress, and the driver was respectful and considerate. It was raining and he was always there with an umbrella to help us out of the car. I am booking this exact same service for our next trip here.

“An Exceptional Day with SoQ – Hakone & Mount Fuji”

We had a wonderful day exploring the Hakone and Mount Fuji area with SoQ, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment we met, SoQ made our family feel completely comfortable and welcome. What started as a day of sightseeing quickly felt like we were spending time with a longtime friend. He was warm, genuine, knowledgeable and incredibly thoughtful throughout the day. What made the experience particularly special was not just the beautiful places we visited, but the conversations along the way. SoQ shared many personal stories about Japan, his experiences and life, and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He went well beyond simply being a driver or guide — he genuinely connected with our family and made the day memorable. He was also very flexible and attentive to what our family wanted to see, making sure the day was relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed.
