Welcome to Japan! I'm Shin. I have been an English Guide in Japan more than10 years.
I can guide Tokyo, Kanagawa and almost all metropolitan sightseeing and walking spots.
I was born in Kobe, grown up in Osaka, and studied in Kyoto,
so not only Tokyo but I also have a good knowledge of Japanese historical cities.
I love talking about Japanese food & culture, walking quiet narrow streets, drinking tasty Japanese whisky, Sumo, Rugby & Sports, and Japanese mountains.
I climbed Mt. Fuji 18 times with foreign guests. We enjoyed the auspicious moments of sunrising from the summit.

Harajuku, Omotesando & Shibuya, Half Day Tour
Our Tour will start from Meiji Shrine, then move to Takeshita street where you can find cute ‘Kawaii’ culture. On Omotesando Promenades you will find a gorgeous line-up of newly designed architecture, such as Omotesando Hills by Tadao Ondo etc. Finish is Shibuya where you can enjoy Shibuya Crossing. Your Favorite 1 Day Kamakura
Kamakura is the first and oldest Samurai capital in Japan, built more than 800 years ago. To change their barbarous image from Kyoto nobles, Samurai government tried their best to make it an attractive city. They supported religious people to build beautiful temples & shrines and encouraged local people to produce nice products with craftmanship. You will be able to have a nice walking day with good old Japanese scenery and good local food. Just one hour away from Tokyo. Be my guest!

Asakusa & Ueno, Half Day Stroll
Ueno is located only 5 min train ride from Tokyo station, where you can find several museums like the national museum, Ueno Zoo, Kaneiji temple etc.. We can enjoy the north area of Tokyo, Ueno, Asakusa, & Shinjuku, where you can find more downtown atmosphere compared to the south and find a variety of good food and products with reasonable price.

“First time in Tokyo ”
Shin was a wonderful guide , great communication before and lots of knowledge to share. We enjoyed walking Shibuya Harajuku,and the Imperial palace. We also visited the Shinto Meiji Shrine. While learning about Japan and its culture. Thank you! Shin is also a great photographer!

Randee san, Thank you for your kind review. It’s my pleasure to hear you enjoyed your first day in Japan. We started our tour from your hotel in Asakusa with short briefing for the tour. We used public transportation, subway etc. to visit the Imperial palace, Meiji shrine, Harajuku, and Shibuya. We finished our tour at Ginza, where you can enjoy your free time and shopping and find easy return to your hotel. Your good walking and energy helped me a lot to guide you around our destinations smoothly. Thank you again for your quick searching for our lunch, Smokehouse, an authentic American BBQ restaurant near Harajuku. It was a good restaurant, and I enjoyed real American flavor very much! “Sumo fun !”
Shin was very knowledgeable, we enjoyed learning about sumo life and the history of Tokyo. Shin also guided us around Asakusa where we were staying. We had a wonderful 2nd day in Tokyo! Shin is also a great photographer!!

Randee san, Our second day started from one Sumo stable in Ryougoku after enjoying their morning training, face to face collision, Butsukari Geiko. We walked through Sumo Town, Ryougoku, to Sumo Museum in the National Sumo Arina, Kokugikan. We moved to Edo-Tokyo Museum, which reopened this May. I believe Edo-Tokyo Museum is a good place to grasp 400 years’ history and culture of Edo & Tokyo by good exhibits and architectures. We returned to Asakusa, then finished our half day tour. I wish you enjoy your stay in Japan & Korea and bring back beautiful memories to your home. Please keep good condition for your challenge to Mt. Fuji next month. All the best!! Arigatou, Shin

Hallo alle meine Gäste! Vielen lieben Dank, dass Sie meine Profilseite besuchen! Ich heiße Ayami. Ich bin in Osaka geboren, aber in Yokohama aufgewachsen. Ich habe in Tokyo studiert, deswegen kenne ich mich gut auch in dieser Gegend aus. An der Uni habe ich Germanistik studiert. Mein erstes Mal in Deutschland war 2012, als ich Studentin war, und damals habe ich einen Monat in München einen Deutschkurs gemacht. Da habe ich viel erlebt und erfahrt und war total begeistert für die deutsche Kultur, Sitten, einfach alles, natürlich Leute auch :) Nach dem Studium bin ich nach Deutschland (München und Augsburg) geflogen, um richtig Deutsch zu lernen. In den Schulzeiten habe ich viele Erfahrungen in der Gastronomie gesammelt. In Deutschland habe ich als Kellnerin in einem japanischen Restaurant und Japanischlehrerin gearbeitet. Aktuell bin ich auch private Japanischlehrerin (ich habe auch einen Vertrag mit der amerikanischen Marine) und gelegentlich Reiseführerin.
