About Tour Guide Mitsuru H.
Konnichiwa, welcome to JAPAN!! My name is MITSURU and I am a tour guide for foreign visitors, especially in TOKYO and Kanto region (Hakone / Mt. Fuji view, Kamakura, Yokohama etc), eventually Kansai region (Osaka, Kyoto, Nara) and Central Japan (Nakasendo trail, Matsumoto, Takayama, Shirakawa-go, Kanazawa), Okinawa, Hokkaido etc.
Japan is a long country and has so many beautiful places to be visited! There are 47 prefectures or provinces, from Hokkaido in the north (near Siberia, Russia) to subtropical Okinawa (my ancestors land) near Taiwan.
I love traveling, hiking, ride a bicycle, meeting people from all over the world, ice cream etc :)
I'd say Tokyo is so unique city because it is not only the political capital but also the largest Japanese city for tourism, entertainment, business, shopping and gastronomy. Since 2013, when Tokyo was chosen to host 2020 Olympic Games, this metropolis is becoming even better.
I'd love to guide you based on 3e: entertainment, education and experience, so as most as possible, let's learn about the past, let's enjoy the present and let's get excited with the future!

* Prices for 2020 high seasons (March 20th ~ April 30th and July 1st ~ Aug 30th) may NOT be the same. Please inquire about customized tours for these periods of the year.
* I am a driver, but prefer to use efficient Tokyo’s public transportation.
* If you have any PHYSICAL restriction (walking is INVOLVED in my tours) or FOOD that you can’t eat, please let me know in advance!
* If you can’t walk long distances, we can do a mix of public transportation + taxi OR private car service.
* Travel insurance is not included in any tour. So, I recommend you to get one before your departure.

“Enjoyable experience and time well spent”
First time in Tokyo. We hired a guide to help us get oriented with the city, public transportation, and local customs. “Amazing Day in Tokyo”
On our first trip to Tokyo we decided to have a tour guide help us see the city and also help us navigate the transit system. Mitsuru took us to all the places we wanted to see such as the Imperial Palace, Nihonbashi District, Ginza > Tokyo Bay zone and the Olympic Village. We wanted to walk as much as possible and also took the train to see many places our first day. Mitsuru was very informative, friendly and flexible and it resulted in a fabulous day for the family. We highly recommend Mitsuru.
