Madrid Black History Tour
A journey through the slave history of Madrid The trace of this "business" can still be seen in numerous places in the Spanish capital, where enslaved people influenced the configuration of the city as we know it past and present. Spain was the penultimate territory of the Atlantic World to definitively abandon slavery. This tour is the reaffirmation of the black presence in the Iberian Peninsula centuries before Christopher Columbus.

Night Tapas Tour
We visit three bars at night to sample tapas at each stop, allowing you to experience Spain's diverse specialities. In Spain there are more than 90 wine regions, which makes each tour unique, due to the number of options with which to combine the food. Hey!! don't expect to have them all together at the same bar :) You'll enjoy one drink and three tapas at each bar. Although I refer to them as "raciones" since we share the food, therefore you can think of it as receiving three tapas per person

“Airport to Airport”
Oscar met us at the airport for our first visit to Madrid. We spent three days touring with Victor and he returned us to the airport on the 6th day. He was knowledgeable in the history of Spain and Madrid and showed us some amazing sights around Toledo, always being accommodating to my mobility limitations. We recommend Victor highly.

What are some dos and don'ts in Madrid, Spain?
Dos
- Looking forward to the siesta: Though not observed by everybody in the city, taking a midday break (2-5PM), especially during the hotter months of June to August, is a great way to embrace slower living, After all, you're on vacation!
- Drinking tap water - Tap water in Madrid is safe to drink, so carry a reusable water bottle and stay hydrated!
Don’ts
- Showing up to dinner early - In Spain, generally expect to show up to dinner a little late. Most evening meals start at around 9pm, so don’t freak out if you’re waiting for a bit. You can always sample some tasty tapas as you wait.
- Sticking to the path well traveled - Though the major sites of Madrid are worth exploring, it would be a shame to stick to only popular sites. Try a tour that features Madrid’s hidden gems or ‘off the beaten path’ sites with local for a full experience.
