My Name is Naoya.
I was born in Tokyo in 1952.
After my graduation from Keio University, I joined a Japanese bank.
Mainly I was assigned international business and stayed in London for three years.
At the age of 52, I moved to a Japanese manufacturer company and had worked for 11 years.
As a personnel manager, I engaged in hiring Indian graduates.
Then for two years, I went to Tashkent in Uzbekistan as a JICA senior volunteer.
I taught "corporate finance" at Tashkent Financial Institute in English.
I got the guide license in 2017, After I came back to Tokyo, I am working as a volunteer guide,
especially in Shinjuku.
I hope to create special and deep tours in which tourists are interested but by now they were not
able to gain access to.
For example; Visit to various Universities, Visit to narrow streets in Tokyo, Visit to feel Edo (Now and Then)
My hobby is playing the guitar. I hope we are in peace through music.
I am also interested in Art, History and cooking.

All the must-visit places in Tokyo We will visit the places of interest in Tokyo. Our tour starts from the Tokyo Station, the gateway to Tokyo, the capital of Japan. And then we walk to the Imperial Palace. Then Asakusa (by subway). We will have lunch in Asakusa. Traditional tempura may welcome you. “2 fantastic days in Tokyo!”
Our group of 9 (2 families - 4 adults, 2 teens, 3 kids) had a fantastic time in Tokyo under the guidance of Mr. Nao. He made great recommendations and guided us through the trains with ease to see the sites we were interested in. At Tsukiji market he pointed us to the best places, including a far less touristy place to grab lunch that was higher quality and less expensive than the stalls we enjoyed checking out earlier. We highly recommend working with Nao to plan your perfect time in the Tokyo area.

Hi, Jennifer Thank you for the very good and appreciated evaluation. It was a bit difficult because of the rain, but it was a fun day. I'm delighted that everyone enjoyed it. The children also had fun. The National Museum is large and the exhibits last for a long time, so there was a lot to see, and it was quite tiring. If we had had time, we could have visited the attached garden, but the weather was bad, so we couldn't. Please come back again to Japan and enjoy another side of Japanese culture. Bonjour! Je m’appelle Yoko, je suis guide diplômée. J’habite à Tokyo, dans le quartier appelé Yanesen, depuis plus de 10 ans. J’aime bien mon quartier, il se trouve au milieu de Tokyo, mais il garde l'atmosphère d’autrefois.Il y a plus de 100 temples et sanctuaires, les festivals de sanctuaire sont des événements importants pour les habitants, dans les rues commerçantes, il y a de vieux magasins qui animent les rues même aujourd’hui. C’est comme un village, les habitants sont ouverts, amicaux et sympas, il y a de vrais échanges entre eux. Je crois qu’il y a de vieux Tokyo, de vraie vie quotidienne de Tokyoïtes qui ne changent pas depuis longtemps à Yanesen. J’aime bien aussi voyager, découvrir la culture vivante tout en faisant la connaissance avec des personnes locales. Et c’est pour cela que quand je voyage, j’aime bien aller aux marchés, aux cafés et aux restaurants populaires entre les habitants. J’aime aussi le saké depuis 5,6 ans, mais je n'aimais pas le saké, je croyais que le vin était le meilleur, et qu’il accompagnait presque n’importe quel cuisine. Mais aujourd’hui je crois que le saké est le meilleur pour accompagner la cuisine japonaise et notamment quand on voyage dans des régions au Japon, il permet de communiquer plus facilement avec des personnes locales. Pour approfondir mes connaissances, j’ai obtenu le diplôme de saké sommelier et travaille dans une entreprise de saké. Je vous guiderai dans ce bon vieux Tokyo afin que vous puissiez découvrir une vraie vie quotidienne de Tokyoïte, tout en servant d'intermédiaire entre vous et les habitants du quartier. Et bien sur, je peux organiser également le tour sur mesure, tout en répondant à vos demandes pour votre voyage innoubliable! J’espère que l’on se voit très bientôt à Tokyo!
