“Exceptional wine tour”

Chinami was a wonderfully personable private wine tour leader, picking us up from and returning us to Enzan Station. She took us to an excellent range of vineyards in the Kofu Valley where the qualities of the local wines were so well expressed. Our lunch at a very special restaurant was perfect. Chinami also provided very informative descriptions of the local environment.

“Fabulous wine tour in Yamanashi ”

Chinami guided us on a very nice tour through Yamanashi, where we visited several wineries. She went far beyond what we had expected in finding good wineries, both showing small local wineries, and finding the more high end larger producers. She also had extensive knowledge of the region and gave a lot of great information along the way. Thank you for making it a sunny day even though the rain was trying to drown us at times :-)

Thank you for joining the tour. I feel sorry that you had to change the plan to climb Mt Fuji. So I wanted to have something special memory in Yamanashi. I am so happy that you liked the tour and enjoyed tasting wines. I hope you to visit other area in Yamanashi since most people come only in Mt Fuji area. “Private Yamanashi wine tour from Lake Kawaguchiko”

Chinami-san was so nice and welcoming, all the way from the time we first started messaging each other to the end of our tour. She even offered to pick us up from our hotel and drive us around the Yamanashi wine region (for a small fee). In addition to guiding us through the different wineries we visited, Chinami-san also told us about the geography and history of the places we drove past, and even stopped at some scenic spots so we could take pictures. Overall, we were very happy with our tour with Chinami-san. Thank you so much, Chinami-san!

Thank you very much for the review. I am happy that you enjoyed the tour. Your wife and mother didn't taste any wines, so I was just wondering they were all right. I have watched news about fresh wine called Yamanashi Nouveau and there are so festivals hold this time of year that you can taste so many different kind wines. Please tell me about your trip on Suntory and Matsumoto if you have chance. Take care and enjoy more wine!
