Cherry Blossom, Sakura, Viewing in Tokyo
Sakura, cherry blossom, is generally considered "National Flower of Japan." There are many places in Tokyo where you can see this wonderful flower from March to April. If you want to see the most famous "Somei-Yoshino" in full bloom, the best season may be from late March to early April, depending on the temperature and the weather that year. On the day of the tour, your guide will take you the best spots upon your interests and situation

Open-air Museum of Architectures in Omotesando Area
There are a lot of architectures which are designed by famouse architects, Olympic Stadium designer Kuma Kengo, Pritzker prize winners, and others in Omotesando Area. They looks like in the open-air museum where you can stroll the street and enjoy various types of architectures. I have divided it into five zones. -Historcal Zone -Exhibition Zone -Zelkova Forest Zone -Jewel Zone -Kume Kengo Zone You can enjoy just viewing even though you cant understand the structure of the architectures.
Historical Tokyo Highlights, 100, 400 and 1400
100→400→1400 Tokyo looks like very new with towers and skyscrapers. But it has long history. We will visit old shrines, temples and castle. You can get back to old days and feel the atmosphere of the days. This tour can be customized upon your interest and request.
Autumn Leaves, Fall Foliage, Viewing in Tokyo
Autumn is spectacular in Tokyo. There are many different colors of leaves, in Japanese "Koyo" means "Red leaves, 紅葉" or ”Yellow Leaves, 黄葉". The compact colorful scenery can be seen in Tokyo urban area in small gardens or streets, different from dynamic scenery in surrounding areas. If you want to go to Takao-san mountain, please don't hesitate to ask, I can arrange.

“A taste of Tokyo”
We only had 4 hours but we got a lot in. First we walked along the moat of the palace to view the cherry blossom and then onto Shibuya to go to the crossing and then onto the Meiji shrine. It was great to have a local guide as we had to go by trains and subway which was really good. Taku was a great guide I would recommend to anyone.

“Very interesting”
We (Swiss family of 4) had a wonderful day in Tokyo. Taku adapted the program to our wishes. He explained us a lot about Japanese culture and we saw many interesting places. He also chose an excellent sushi restaurant for us. Because it was so hot today with 38 degrees, we also made an ice cream break. Thank you very much Taku. We can highly recommend Taku as a guide.

“Pleasant 6 hours with Taku!”
Taku was our friendly guide for 6 hours dedicated mostly to cherry blossom viewing in late March around Tokyo. He was knowledgeable and devised a great plan that was great for the viewing while avoiding the crowds. He was flexible and open to our suggestions and adapted perfectly to our particular needs (i.e., avoiding subway stations stairs as much as possible). We also saw some neighborhoods that I had not visited before, as well as a beautifully laid out cemetery and a formal garden.
