Kenji helped my parents duting their trip in topkyo. My parents had a short transit in tokyo and wanted to bisit the city around. I contacted Kenji. He was very responsive. He asked my parents choices and made itenary accordingly. He helped my parents to visit around the city. He guided them very well starting from the airport, taking them to breakfast and lunch and showed around the city. My parents were super impressed. We were warmly welcomed by Kenji at our hotel lobby and we felt welcomed. Fantastic start to our four hour tour! Kenji formatted a tour that was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that he deserves a special thanks. Kenji has such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. I truly enjoyed Kenji taking the time to show us the subway system and walking the four of us through the area. All respect for Kenji who does a great job; a true example of an excellent tour guide!
