“2nd time a charm in Kagoshima and Sini was a great guide . ”

We have been touring Japan an area for a month by cruise ship. Somehow, we had two stops in Kagoshima. The first time was a visit to Chiran, the samurai Gardens and homes and the kamikaze Museum. We decided on our second visit to create a group tour with seven people and wanted to see some other sites. Cindy was fantastic at providing suggestions. She arranged a large van for transportation and actually drove the van herself. ( great job!)She was knowledgable about the area, and was flexible with our plans to accommodate the weather, and also the mobility of some of our group. My first stop was the Sengan an gardens, summer home , and museum . This was most interesting and we all enjoyed our time. We stopped for lunch at a local Japanese restaurant chosen by Sini . We enjoyed the break and the food new paragraph for our afternoon. She suggested a change to our plan to visit the volcanic Island, a 15 minute ferry ride from the city. We followed her suggestion and were glad that we did. We enjoyed the drive, the views, and especially the opportunity to see the volcano up close and actually witness an interruption. The ferry ride back-and-forth was relaxing, and we had a fantastic day with Sini . She was knowledgeable, articulate, and understandable, and very accommodating. Whether your group is larger, small, I highly recommend touring Kagoshima with her .

“Fabulous day in Kagoshima”

Correspondence with Hitomi prior to our tour ensured it went off seamlessly. Kagoshima was our first port in Japan so we didn't expect to clear customs so quickly. The day had a great mix of nature, excellent food and culture. Hitomi speaks excellent English and was always clear in her explanations. Hitomi ensured we remained on time during our tour. Although the original restaurant wasn't available for lunch the replacement was excellent. I would highly recommend Hitomi as a guide.

“A Perfect Day”

To quote my wife, "we had a perfect day." Moriaki A. was a wonderful guide who took us to an amazing sand bath followed by an excellent lunch. We had been concerned doing things far away from the cruise port and transactional dealing with the sand baths. Moriaki met us right outside of customs off the cruise ship and took us by his private car an hour away to the sand baths. He escorted us to the front counter and helped us deal with the cashier and then guided us through the spa and waited while we enjoyed all the facilities. He followed that up by taking us to a local Ramen house and explained the menu to us and helped us choose. He then took us back to the ship exactly on schedule, making it a completely stress free day. Thank you.
