Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route

Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route has seven stations Between Tateyama in Toyama Prefecture and Ogisawa in Nagano Prefecture. We can move about 37km-roure using three vehicles such as cable cars, trolley buses, and a ropeway. Tateyama is one of the few mountains that glacier remains, so you can enjoy a panoramic view of snow-covered Tateyama mountain range.

About Tour Guide Hideo Y.
Hello, I'm HIDEo YOSHIda. Please call me HIDEYOSHI, the same name as the famous shogun who built the Osaka Castle in 1585.
I was born in Kobe and worked in Osaka for nearly 40 years. I would like to introduce the Kansai region to you ,including Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama.
Kobe is one of the two largest ports in Japan, along with Yokohama. After the opening of the Port of Kobe in 1868, foreigners built their residences on the hillside of the Kitano-cho area, overlooking the ocean. Many of the foreign residences are now open to the public as museums, including the Weathercock House, with it's symbol weathercock on the triangle-shaped roof.
In Meriken Park, the red Port Tower (the city's landmark), creates a beautiful contrast against the white Kobe Marine Museum. The museum's design was inspired by the waves and sailing ships.
When you have a chance to visit Osaka, please join my tour. I'm sure you'll enjoy the interesting and historical, scenic spots. For example, Shin-Sekai is a downtown area with a strange mix of nostalgic atmosphere and contemporary energy. You can try local foods (kushikatsu, sushi, tempura) at a reasonable price. Billiken (a famous statue of the spirit of luck) will be waiting for you!!. Dotombori is a popular street with a lot of flashy signboards. Osaka is widely known as a "Kuidaore-no-machi", or literally "drinking and eating luxuriously to death." Osaka Castle was built by Toyotomi HIDEYOSHI in 1585. Oh, it's my residence, isn't it !
These days "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" area in USJ, or Universal Studios Japan, is also attracting more and more people.

I asked for a specific theme, typical buddhist and samurai life of old Japan and Hideo did not disappoint, from the timing even if there were a lot of tourist plus the changing of the leaves was even more perfect. Thank you again Hideo. Just enough information so it is easy to retain and all different types that one is not the same from each other.

I'm very happy to receive your excellent review. We visited 4 popular temples such as Sanjusangen-do, Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), Ginkakuji Temple (Silver Pavilion) and Eikando Temple. In particular we could see beautifully changing colors of autumn leaves. I'm sure you enjoy Japan trip!

“A beautiful day in Hiroshima”
We had a beautiful day in Hiroshima with Tateo. First we went to Miyashima Island. It was very großes because it was Saturday and a national Holiday. After that we visited the Hypocenter and Downtown Hiroshima. Made a short walk to the Museum. Thanks for this beautiful day.

Thank you for the excellent review. Yes, so many tourists visited Miyajima, so we didn't enter the shrine, but it was high tide and we could see the Great Vermillion shrine gate that looks like floating on the sea. Futhermore from the ferry, we saw oyster farming rafts on the Seto Inland Sea. I hope you enjoy Japan trip!

“A great day in Kyoto”
We had a great day trip from Osaka port to Kyoto with Hideyoshi, whose energy and knowledge made our experience very enjoyable! Hideyoshi met us at the cruise terminal and took us on the train to Kyoto, where we visited Fushimi Inari Taisha, Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and the Gion district, and enjoyed a delicious noodle lunch. Unfortunately heavy rain meant we couldn’t explore Gion as much as we would have liked, but despite the rain we still had a fantastic day. Thank you Hideyoshi for your guidance!

Thank you for your excellent review. I also enjoyed guiding Kyoto. We walked through 1,000 Shrine gates and Arashiyama Bamboo Forests. In Tenryuji Temple we could see 2 types of gardens. One is a stroll garden and the other is a dry landscape garden. In Gion area, it got rained heavily, so we entered Gion shop to see the video and pictures of Gion Festival, one of the three major festivals in Japan. We could see a real float. I wish you all the best in the future.

You can commands a panoramic view of Osaka city from the observatory. In Dotnobori you have popular Osaka local foods such as Okonomiyaki. Takoyaki, and Kushikatsu. Shin-Sekai is a downtown area with a strange mix of nostalgic atmosphere. We mainly use subway for about 820JPY and Your entrance fee is 600JPY/person.
Kochi Golden Tour
Chikurinji Temple is designated as the 31st of the 88 Shikoku sacred sites pilgrimage. Ryugado-cave is one of the 9 Selections of Stalactite Caves in Japan. Ryoma is selected one of the three most popular figures in Japanese history. Facing the Pacific Ocean, the beach is known for a good spot to view the moon. Two National Treasures of Inuyama and Castle Town
You might know that there are many castles in Japan. But did you know there had been about 200 castles in Japan in the late 19th century, but there are only 12 castles keeping their original style. Inuyama castle designated as National Treasure is one of them and the oldest castle in the country. I am sure you will enjoy the inside the castle where you can feel the atmosphere of the samurai warriors at the time. We visit the castle after passing through nice red gates of a Shinto shrine. After looking around the historical castle, I would show you around the castle town. There are several museums associated with the castle and the famous festival held once a year which features 13 gorgeously decorated high wheel floats. Visiting them with me will help you build the familiarity with Japan. When it comes to lunch, you can choose your favorite out of my recommendation such as tofu dishes, Japanese style of set meal. After strolling around the castle town, we visit Urakuen. It is a Japanese style garden including several tea houses, one of which is historical tea house called "Joan (national treasure)". You can enjoy the beautiful garden depending on the season, cherry blossom in spring, fresh green in summer, changing beautiful colors of leaves in autumn and snowy view in winter. This place will make you feel calm and relax because the spirit of the Japanese tea ceremony exists inside the garden. I would recommend that you have Japanese tea called matcha and Japanese confectionery. I will show you how to drink it based on the certain way of having tea.
