“Amazing service.”

Our cruise disembarkation was delayed and our guide/driver, Lynn, kept in constant contact with us. She gave us reassurance and even anticipated our hunger and thirst after hours of waiting. Lynn was so considerate and made wonderful suggestions for our shortened itinerary. Her service was both professional and friendly and her English is wonderful. The vehicle was very comfortable and Lynn is a very safe, confident driver. I wish we could have spent longer exploring. We would certainly use Lynn's service if we return to Japan and highly recommend her to fellow travellers.

“A Perfect Tour of Yokohama ”

Our 6-hour tour of Yokohama and transfer to Haneda airport with Lynn was the pefect end to our Japan cruise. Her recommendations of sites to visit in a short time frame were excellent. We found her friendly and very accommodating, taking care of us every step along the way with informative commentary. She was a joy to meet and talk to. We felt like friends. We would highly recommend her as a guide in the area without any hesitation

“Modern Tokyo with a personal twist”

Absolutely fantastic all day tour with Lynn. Personalised to our requests with thoughtful additions. Collected from Tokyo International Cruise terminal, our luggage was securely stored in her car whilst we toured around. We visited Takeshita Street to see some Kawaii Culture with plenty of time to browse shops and take photos. From there we went to Shibuya to see neighbouring sights and then cross the scramble crossing several times. Then we spent a fabulous hour and a half at Big Echo karaoke (our request), huge fun. We then had some specific shopping requests before Lynn drove us to a Chiba viewpoint before dropping us at Haneda airport. Lynn was fabulous all day. Giving us extra time if we needed it, taking photos and videos which were sent to us, making sure we were fed and watered and even helping us with our luggage into the airport terminal. An absolute delight to spend the day with, she made our final day in Japan very special.
