“So easy to get around.”

We loved our tour guide, he was so friendly and spoke a little bit of English. What we couldn’t explain the translator app worked perfectly. We saw everything we wanted to and our guide was flexible and accommodating. He jumped in climbed the stairs and was with us every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed. Turns out that he takes amazing photos as well. Very helpful

“A tour made our way”

It was great to walk off the ship and see our taxi man holding up a sign with our name. No waiting and no cramped buses. Our guide has limited English but with the translator app, it’s wasn’t a problem. We were able to visit the Sumari village and was shown a local place to have lunch. It was a great day out.

TR Taxi

Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad you had a great day and enjoyed visiting Akita. We also appreciate your understanding and efforts to communicate with your driver. We hope to welcome you back to Japan for more great experiences!
