Hyogo prefecture is about 150km long in north-south direction. There are many sight seeing spots, not only Kobe, Himeji but also Izush-Toyooka, Tanba-Sasayama Awaji island. So Hyogo government decleared "Hyogo Golden Route" as recommended tours. I would like to guide those areas where tourists do not know well. Each area is one day tour. You can have a different experience from Kyoto or Osaka.

You can feel different atmospher from Osaka or Kyoto. It is still traditional and quiet (Kyoto is not quiet any more!). Sasayama city was designated As a Creative City of Crafts and Folk Art in 2015. You can experience making traditional potterry, tasting good quality sake and Japanese sweets made from Tanba-Sasayama agricultual products like black soy beans or chestnuts or azuki beans. This area has long history and so many historical places from ancient period to modern times. You can have a distinct local exerience.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time with Yoshi! It was our first time in Osaka, and we were pretty jet-lagged from arriving 12 hours earlier. But Yoshi's enthusiasm was contagious. So friendly. He felt like a friend from the very first minute. He was also very knowledgeable about the history of Osaka, having been raised here. He was also extremely game to do anything, as well as answered all questions we had -- food, architecture, history, etc. Whenever we ducked into a store (which was often), he was right there to make sure we were okay, answered questions, and was always checking his itinerary so we had a plan on where to go next. We also had lunch, shared some on-the-go snacks at local vendors, showed us how to work the add/fare machines at train station, etc. It was exactly what we needed -- someone who was patient, fun, and very comfortable to be around. We walked over 15K steps, so make sure you have your walking shoes on! We HIGHLY recommend Yoshi! We would definitely hire him again.
Dear Kent Thank you for your evaluation! I am happy to hear it. I am surprised you had over 15K steps. Maybe Osaka castle was far from stations. I tried to talk about other destinations in Osaka or Nara for your trip. I hope it was good for you. Anyway, thank you very much. Yours sincerely, Yoshi
Yoshi truly made our visit to Kyoto an unforgettable experience. From the moment we met him at our hotel, his warm and friendly demeanor put us at ease. As we embarked on our journey to explore the shrines and temples of Kyoto, Yoshi's attention to detail and organizational skills became evident. One of the highlights of our trip was the green car bullet train ride, and I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about making it on time. However, Yoshi's meticulous planning and time management ensured that we indeed made the train ride on time. This was a testament to his commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for his guests. Yoshi's knowledge of the history, culture, and significance of each shrine and temple we visited was truly impressive. He shared fascinating stories and insights that added depth to our exploration. It was evident that he had a genuine passion for Japanese heritage, and his enthusiasm was infectious. What truly stood out about Yoshi was his dedication to ensuring that everyone in our group felt included and engaged throughout the tour. He regularly checked in with each of us (including my 7 year old), making sure we were comfortable and answering any questions we had. This level of attentiveness made us feel like we were more than just tourists; we were valued guests on a cultural journey. I can wholeheartedly recommend Yoshi as a tour guide to anyone planning to explore Japan. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his guests make him an exceptional guide. Thanks to Yoshi, our trip to Kyoto was not only educational but also filled with unforgettable memories.
Dear Pilar Thank you for your evaluation! It is too much for me. I enjoyed the tour too. But I was very desperate when we tried to get on the Shinkansen because we nearly missed it (^^). And your boy was doing much better than what I expected. He is a good boy. Anyway, thank you for your evaluation. Yours sincerely, Yoshi
Yoshi was an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable tour guide. We had a sightseeing-filled day in the intense heat, but he made the experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Dear Michaela Thank you for your evaluation! We were very lucky! When we missed the taxi, you found it! We could continue our tour. Your eyesight is incredibly good. I will never forget our tour. Thank you! Yours sincerely, Yoshi
