There are a lot of view point including ruins of the Imperial palace, ancient tombs, uniquely shaped stone structures throughout the area. “Custom private guide”
Yuri was awesome! She reached out before our arrival to check our interests and tailored a tour just for us. We wanted to check out several Temples and Shrines and that is what we got. “Perfect Combination of Heritage Sites and Gardens”
We had a very enjoyable day with Yuri who took us to the main sites we wanted to visit - The Golden Temple, Ryoanji Temple (our favourite with Zen temple and rock gardens), walk through the amazing bamboo forest and ending with the Sanjusan-gendo temple with the 1001 buddhas. Very manageable on a very hot Kyoto day using buses, trains and taxis. Yuri was very informative and efficient. Would highly recommend.
