We’ll visit the beautiful Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and stroll along the traditional street leading to it, where you can find local food, charming shops, and souvenirs.
If you have luggage, you can store it at the airport or station before we go.
We can take the train together for a local experience, or arrange a taxi if you prefer. I’ll guide you so everything is smooth and relaxing.

Tour Important Information
For the best experience, I recommend a layover of at least 10 hours. If your connection time is around 7–7.5 hours or less, the schedule may become rushed (for example, just a quick meal before returning), which could feel tiring rather than relaxing.
Transportation is usually by train, but in rare cases such as train delays or accidents, we may need to switch to a taxi. Please note that this could increase transportation costs.
Please rest assured that typical flight arrival or departure time changes are already considered in the tour planning, so the schedule is designed with flexibility.
Important message from the supplier
When you meet me, I recommend you leave your large luggage, such as suitcases, at the hotel in advance. This will make it easier for you to enjoy the tour without the burden of heavy bags.
Cancellation Policy

“Amazing afternoon adventure in Asakusa.”
Had a wonderful tour. Interesting sites, great food choices all thanks to Etsu. She is very personable and seemed more like a good friend than a tour guide shortly after the tour started. For a memorable experience we highly recommend Etsu.

Naritasan Shinshoji temple before your flight
If you have more than 4 hours before your flight at Narita airport, you should visit Naritasan Shinshoji temple, and experience Japanese culture. It's a time-honored temple with a history of over 1000 years. In my opinion, it's the best temple in Tokyo region with great traditional buildings, beautiful Japanese gardens and Japanese food. Here, I can tell almost everything about Japanese couture and traditions to you. I can make your layover time in Japan more enjoyable and fruitful !!
