Izumo Taisha Shrine is one of the most revered and oldest Shinto Shrines in Japan. It is dedicated to Okuninishi-no-mikoto, popularly known as "Daikokusama" or the deity of nation building and good marriage.
Matsue castle was designated as a national treasure in 2015.
Vogel park is a flower and bird park.

You can see the huge sacred twisted straw ropes in front of Kaguraden Hall at Izumo Taisha. The current main hall was built in 1744 in the oldest Shinto architectural style of "Taisha-zukuri" and has been designated as a National Treasure.
At Shimane Museum of Ancient Izumo, you can see broze ware, great swords and the miniature of the original grand shrine. Furthermore you can watch the video about Izumo Mythology.
Matsue Vogel park boasts one of the largest indoor gardens in the world where customers can enjoy begonia flowers that fill the gardens and the many different types of birds that inhabit the park.
Matsue Castle is one of only 12 remaining original castles in Japan. You can enjoy the castle scenery from a unique perspective by taking a sightseeing boat.

1. My transportation fee to Matsue is 8,000 yen. Your transportation fee in Matsue city is about 1,800yen per person. The Entrance fee for Matsue Castle 560yen per person, Matsue Vogel park 1,540yen per person, and a sightseeing boat 1,230yen.
2. When you move to Matsue from Hiroshima, you can use a bus or a train. In the case of bus, it takes about 3 hours for 7,000yen per person.
In the case of JR train. It takea about 3.5 hours for about 10,300yen per person.
3. When you move to Matsue from Osaka or Kyoto, you use JR trains or a bus. In the case of JR trains, from Osaka it takse about 4.5 hours for 11,000yen. From Kyoto it takes about 4.5 hours for 12,800yen. In the case of bus, it takes about 5 hours for 5,600yen from Kyoto, 4.5 hours for 5,300yen from Osaka.
