“Great customer service”

I was very impressed with the quick response to my e mail question. Also called their hotline phone number with a question. Got an actual human and she was outstanding helping me. I would use this service again. Our driver was also excellent!

Am Flughafen in Osaka wurden wir bereits von unserem Fahrer mit weißen Handschuhen erwartet und in einem blitzsauberen Fahrzeug ( innen und außen ) direkt zu unserem Hotel gebracht. Für ältere Personen über 70 Jahre eine angenehme Art den Transfer zu bewältigen

I used to teach Japanese cultures to elementary students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at local and private elementary schools when I lived in Canada, United states, and New Zealand. My happiest moments with these children were when they look forward to another lesson every week. All lessons were customized and prepared after discussing with each classroom teacher. It was a challenging job, but this experience broaden my horizon and prompted me to become an English tour guide. My main tour area are Tokyo, Kamakura, Yokohama, Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Gunma and Nikko.
