Where the locals shop, a beautiful open air circle multi story mall. Check out Japanese fashion trends, electronics and gadget stores, grab one of 100s of gachapon, get a palm reading, or check out the depachika full of bento, fresh hot food, and delicious sweets for omiyage.

Kawasaki Daishi Temple

Kawasaki Daishi is one of Japan’s most popular, culturally rich temple complexes—offering the deep historic grandeur and bustling market charm of Tokyo’s Senso-ji, but with a far more authentic, intimate atmosphere where you can actually breathe and soak in the rituals. Founded in 1128, this architectural gem features a striking five-story pagoda and a lively, historic shopping street (Nakamise) famous for artisanal traditional candies and lucky Daruma dolls. While Senso-ji draws massive tourist crowds, Kawasaki Daishi delivers an equally magnificent atmosphere without feeling rushed, letting you experience genuine Japanese spiritual culture up close and at your own pace.
