We spent a day exploring Osaka and Nara with Nobuko. We are mum, dad and adult son visiting Japan for the rugby World Cup, The content I asked for was supplemented by interesting and local highlights I wouldn’t have ever managed. We talked all day about life, culture and society. We loved our visit and Nobukos company,

Nobuku was, in short, the ideal guide. English was perfect, personable and knowledgeable. We saw everything possible in one day of Kyoto, efficiently. She was flexible to make a slight change we requested. One of the two or three best guides we have had.
Dear Joel, Thank you for your generous review,Joel. It was my pleasure to introduce Kyoto for you and your beautiful wife. Seeing your wife was happy about Kyoto stuff, you looked as happy as she was. And I understood deeply how much you love each other. It is always gladful to me to see beautiful love in a couple like you guys. You are the one of the excellent costomers of all and thank you for being nice to me. You spoiled me with the best Green tea treat in Nijyo castle which I never had before. Thank you again for choosing me as your local guide Joel, and I like your wife's Komono a lot!! See you and have the great rest of your trip. Nobuko

We hired Nobuko to take us to the major sites in Kyoto and couldn't be happier. We are a family of 4 including 2 kids 11 and 13 years old so that means there are a lot of opinions about where to go next and how. Nobuko helped us plan our complete itinerary and we completed every stop for the day including giving my wife plenty of time to shop for her favorite treats. Nobuko has impeccable english so she was easy to understand and was able to give us a good overview of every site including little things we would have completely missed without her. We had tried to travel Tokyo without a guide and while we made it everywhere it was much more stressful and involved getting turned around multiple times. With Nobuko as our guide, it was a stress free day where we could just enjoy the sites without getting lost and arguing as a family about where to go next. Definitely recommend for anyone coming from the US and has a family.
Dear Evan, Thank you so much and I deeply appreciate your review which brings me a lot of confidence of being a local guide. I am honored to be your guide and thank you again for letting me introduce you all about Kyoto. You and your family were all awesome costumers. Your kids respected me while I guided you, gave me the time patiently, and tried to understand me wisely. Your beautiful wife gave up her seat for me, treated me as if I were a member of your family. And you are the most excellent husband and dad for your family whom I told a lot about to my son in Kyoto. Thank you again for choosing me as your guide and have a great rest of your trip and ask me if you ever need anything! Nobuko

Nobuko was friendly and provided useful information about shrines we visited, as well as about aspects of Kyoto city and Japanese culture that we would otherwise not known about. The sites she suggested we visit were all worthwhile, and by helping us navigate bus and subway out time was used efficiently. I would recommend her..
Thank you for choosing me as your guide. I had a very good time with you, too. I hope you enjoyed the Machiya houses just like one we went to along the Kiyomizu path.
