Nobuko is an outstanding guide for the whole family (4 years, 10 years, parents), and she made our 2 days together the best 2 days of our trip. She is warm, engaging, entertaining, provides interesting details, and cares for specific needs (e.g. restaurants for vegetarians, use of a stroller, finding a place to play). We highly recommend Nobuko after our time with her in Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka. She's an excellent communicator, both verbally and via text/email. My little boy asked every day for more time with Nono.

NoNo is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge is deep and delivered in a fun manner. She was highly adaptable to our needs and very considerate. We sat down for lunch and I asked NoNo to go through the history of the Samurai, Shogun and the Emperor - out came a chart, wow, I could place Henry V111 in and Queen Victoria where certain events were, we loved her.
